Yes. Every job carries a 1-year warranty on our labor from the date of your invoice. If our workmanship fails within that year, we come back and put it right at no labor cost to you. Fix It-Cincy charges a flat $85 service call that covers the visit, assessment and the first hour of work — enough for most small jobs like mounting a TV, swapping a ceiling fan, replacing a faucet or assembling a couple of pieces of furniture. Bigger to-do lists get a free, written estimate up front with honest pricing.

Yes — we mount TVs and shelves on drywall, plaster, brick and stone, finding studs or using the right heavy-duty anchors so everything is level and secure. Plaster and lath in older Cincinnati homes needs a different approach than drywall, and we take the time to do it properly. We can also conceal or tidy up the cables for a clean, finished look.

Absolutely. Flat-pack furniture, beds, desks, bookshelves, grills, exercise equipment and playsets are everyday assembly jobs for us — we bring the tools, follow the instructions and haul away the boxes when we’re done.

Yes. Swapping a ceiling fan, hanging a new light fixture, replacing tired outlets and switches, adding a dimmer and changing out smoke and CO detectors are all routine work for us. Anything that needs a panel change, new circuits or a permit gets referred to a licensed electrician — we’ll tell you that on the phone rather than after the fact.

Yes — running toilets, worn flappers, full toilet replacement, faucet and sink swaps, garbage disposals and shower trim are all fixture work we handle. In older Cincinnati homes we check the shutoffs and supply lines first, because galvanized pipe can surprise you, and we’ll tell you what we find before we go further.

Our $85 service call is the minimum and it covers the first hour, so it’s ideal for stacking several small tasks into one visit — the more you check off your list at once, the more value you get. For comparison, most drywall contractors carry a $350–$650 minimum for the same small patch.
