Fix It-Cincy charges a flat $85 service call that covers the visit, assessment and the first hour of work. For larger projects we provide a free, written estimate up front with honest, all-in pricing and no surprise charges — most small repairs are finished within that first hour.
Do you handle both small repairs and large remodels?
Yes — Fix It-Cincy is a true multi-trade service, so one trusted pro handles everything from a single small repair to a multi-room remodel. You get consistent quality and one point of contact instead of juggling several contractors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Fix It-Cincy is fully insured and owner-operated, so you work directly with an experienced pro from estimate to finish, with no subcontractors and no crew turnover. Neither Ohio nor Kentucky requires a state license for general handyman and home-repair work, but specialized trades — electrical, plumbing and HVAC — must be done by licensed professionals, and many structural changes need a local permit. We bring in licensed trades and pull the proper permits whenever a job legally requires it.
