How soon will I hear back?
Usually within one business day—often sooner if we’re not elbows-deep in a faucet swap. If it’s urgent, call us directly at 513-202-3349.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes—especially for jobs we can quote by phone or with a photo. For more complex or in-person assessments, we may schedule a service call (see below).
What do service calls cost?
Most small repairs start with an $85 service call, which covers the visit, assessment, and the first full hour of hands-on work.
If the job needs more time (or turns into something bigger), we’ll talk it through before moving forward.

We cover a big chunk of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky—basically, if you’re within a reasonable drive and not halfway up a mountain, we’re probably your people.
